Abstracts must address scientific questions relevant to the meeting.
Presenting authors must be registered and are required to present their work on the assigned date and time as indicated in the acceptance notification. Abstracts will be withdrawn if registration is not completed by the submission deadline.
The presenting author will receive a confirmation email upon successful abstract submission.
The presenting author will be the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the abstract.
Submitters must obtain approval from all co-authors before submission.
Indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation during submission.
Abstract body requirements
The abstract must not exceed 350 words (excluding author information).
It should follow a structured format: Background, Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Submissions must not contain figures or tables.
Each abstract will be reviewed by experts. Abstracts may be selected for oral presentation, poster presentation, or rejection. Only the presenting author will be notified of the decision.
