In this project we aim to investigate the role of Casein kinase (CK) 1 and 2 dependent signalling pathways involved in MK development with regulation of MK cytoskeleton and pro-platelet for-mation underlying thrombopoiesis or thrombocytopenic disorders as well as vesicular trafficking, tubulin-dependent processes in platelet adhesion, activation and intracellular Ca2+ increase critically involved in arterial thrombus formation and thrombotic disorders such as myocardial infarction or ischaemic stroke.
